Safety is an integral part of their daily activities and enlisted G E Tools & Spectrum Industrial to review and improve their LOTOTO process, procedure and equipment across 2 UK plants with more to follow.

THE SITUATION & SOLUTION

They had a requirement for a sophisticated LOTOTO solution to service and keep safe, complex, ongoing and multi occupied isolations. These tasks occur regularly on plant when they swap over production lines from one to another.

As the plant is extensive across a large footprint, we offered an array of portable LOTOTO Stations to maximise the space and stock requirements.

THE RESULT

Our offering has increased safety, production and turnaround time by a high percentage all whilst improving culture, behaviour and the approach to LOTOTO across plant. Creating champions and authorised personnel to manage and head up with new set up on site.
